Tinley Park has gone 6-1 against Reavis recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Titans will challenge the Rams at 4:30 p.m. Tinley Park has given up an average of 6.5 runs per game this season, but Tuesday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.
Tinley Park managed to slip by Evergreen Park the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Titans lost 11-2 to the Mustangs on Thursday. Give some credit to the fans of both teams: the last five times they've met, the home team has come away the winner.
Corah Horbaczewski and Sarah Aggen did some serious damage despite the final result: Horbaczewski went 2-for-3 with one double and one RBI, while Aggen went 2-for-4 with two doubles, one run, and one RBI.
Meanwhile, Reavis had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Monday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Argonauts, sneaking past 7-5.
Jessica Robitz was a major factor while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she didn't allow a single earned run over five innings pitched. Robitz was also solid in the batter's box, going 2-for-3 with two runs.
In other batting news, Leticia Solis was excellent, going 2-for-4 with three RBI and one run.
Reavis' record is now 14-10. As for Tinley Park, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 11-13 record this season.
Fans could be in store for some top-tier slugging on Tuesday. Tinley Park hasn't had any problems when it comes to power this season, having averaged 0.4 home runs per game. However, it's not like Reavis struggles in that department as they've been averaging 0.5 home runs. With so much power on both teams, it'll be down to the pitchers to keep the mound locked down.
Everything went Tinley Park's way against Reavis in their previous meeting back in May of 2025, as Tinley Park made off with an 11-5 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Titans since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
