After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Two Rivers, South St. Paul was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They came out on top against the St. Thomas Academy Cadets by a score of 7-4. This was a revenge game for the Packers: when they faced off against the Cadets back in April, they had to take a 13-1 loss.

South St. Paul moved to 6-8 with that victory, which also ended their three-game losing streak. As for St. Thomas Academy, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-8-1.

Coincidentally, South St. Paul and St. Thomas Academy will both be playing Tartan the next time they take the field. The Cadets will head out to face the Titans at 4:30 p.m. on Friday, while the Packers will host them at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
