Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Lake City). They took their game on Monday with ease, bagging a 69-36 victory over the Mesick Bulldogs. The matchup was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 42-14.

Despite the loss, Mesick still got an impressive performance from Issac Stroh, who posted 19 points. Another player making a difference was Jackson Abraham, who had five points.

The win made it two in a row for Lake City and bumps their season record up to 4-3. As for Mesick, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost four of their last five contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-5 record this season.

Lake City didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 52-33 defeat against Pine River Area on the 7th. Mesick has also already played their next match, a 58-29 loss against Baldwin on the 8th.
