The Kwigillingok Eagles's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Friday after their third straight defeat. They took a 64-53 hit to the loss column at the hands of Kongiganak. Kwigillingok has not had much luck with Kongiganak recently, as the team's come up short the last six times they've met.
Carson Miller was her usual excellent self, scoring 17 points for Kongiganak. The team also got some help courtesy of Maegan Charlie, who scored ten points.
Kwigillingok has been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six games, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-8 record this season. As for Kongiganak, their victory bumped their record up to 12-2.
Kwigillingok does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Kongiganak also has no future games currently scheduled.
