Prairie Valley is 0-10 against Slidell since February of 2017 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Friday. The Prairie Valley Bulldogs' road trip will continue as they head out to face the Slidell Greyhounds at 6:00 p.m. on January 26th. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.
Prairie Valley suffered their biggest loss since December 2, 2023 last Tuesday. They were dealt a 50-22 loss at the hands of Forestburg. Prairie Valley was down 41-10 at the end of the third quarter, which was just too much to recover from.
Meanwhile, after a string of five wins, Slidell's good fortune finally ran out on Tuesday. They fell 49-38 to Forestburg.
Prairie Valley has not been sharp recently, as they've lost ten of their last 11 contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-14 record this season. As for Slidell, their loss ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 13-10.
Prairie Valley was taken down by Slidell 71-28 when the teams last played on January 2nd. Can Prairie Valley avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
