Tri-County recap September 17, 2013
TJ Baker and Mathew Sexton provided fans with a highlight when they connected against Whiteford. The connection was good for 65 yards, the longest such play in Tri-County this season.
Morenci was the team that made the biggest jump in the rankings, moving from sixth to fourth in the league. Earlier in the week, the Bulldogs triumphed over Madison 29-20.
An important game coming up in the league this week will be when Summerfield takes on Morenci. The Bulldogs are currently in first, while the Bulldogs are in fourth.
Summerfield scaled the state rankings by moving to 233 from 269 this week, the biggest jump in Tri-County. Erik Johnson's team was able to make move up by topping Sand Creek 42-7.
