Baseball Recap: Greely Finds Home Field Redemption Against Yarmouth

There's no place like home for Greely, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Monday. They never let the Yarmouth Clippers get on the board and left with a 15-0 win on Wednesday. The Rangers might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won six contests by seven runs or more this season.

Keeler Vogt was a major factor while hitting and pitching. He kept things locked down with no earned runs or hits while striking out eight over five innings pitched. Vogt was also big at the plate, going 1-for-2 with two runs and two RBI. That's the most RBI he has posted since back in April.

In other batting news, Greely let Kyle Soule and Ben Kyles run wild. Soule went a perfect 3-for-3 with three runs, three RBI, and one stolen base, while Kyles went 2-for-3 with three runs, one stolen base, and two RBI. That's the most hits Soule has posted since back in May of 2024. The team also got some help courtesy of Wyatt Soucie, who went 2-for-3 with two runs and two doubles.

Greely always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .594. That's the best OBP they've posted all season.

Greely's record is now 10-3. As for Yarmouth, they have been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-8 record this season.
