The El Capitan Gauchos will head out on the road to challenge the Bella Vista Broncos at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
For the first time since back in January, El Capitan was forced to settle for a draw on Thursday. They and Golden Valley finished up their game with a 1-1 draw.
While Bella Vista's fans didn't get a definitive result last Tuesday, they were treated to the team's highest-scoring tie of the season. They played to a draw too, finishing 2-2 against Roseville. Bella Vista had to tread lightly for part of the match As Augustin Torres Rocha and Jorge Garcia were both handed yellow cards., which could explain the final result.
Bella Vista avoided a loss thanks to
Reddik Trumbull and
Evan Battistessa, who posted both of Bella Vista's goals. The pair have combined for a total of eight so far this season.
El Capitan's draw makes their record 6-4-4 on the season. Meanwhile, Bella Vista's record is now 9-2-5.
