4A Conference 20 recap November 5, 2013
Dinwiddie extended the longest winning streak in 4A Conference 20 this week by beating Dale, 21-0. The victory was the ninth in a row for the Generals.
Dinwiddie was able to crack the Top 25 in the state rankings this week after besting the Knights. Billy Mills' team came in at 21 in the state poll after placing at number 34 last week.
Caroline's Rasharrd Harris and Keyshwan Johnson have formed a dream team this season, leading the league in both passing and receiving yards. Harris has thrown for 1,663 yards this season, while Johnson has 35 catches for 717 yards. The Generals' Sadarius Williams leads the league in rushing yards with 1,127.
An important game coming up in the league this week will be when Glen Allen takes on Hanover. As it stands, Glen Allen is in fifth, while the Hawks are in fourth.
Monacan took down Midlothian 39-7 last week, the largest margin of any game.
