Hillsboro won the last time they faced St. Helens, and things went their way on Friday, too. Hillsboro took their matchup against St. Helens by a conclusive 28-7 score. Hillsboro were expected to win, but the margin was definitely larger than the state rankings had forecast.
The win got Hillsboro back to even at 1-1. The loss dropped St. Helens' record to 0-2.
Both teams are staying within the conference for their upcoming matches. Next week Hillsboro take on Scappoose at 7:00 PM. St. Helens will stay at home against Milwaukie/Milwaukie Academy of the Arts at 7:00 PM.
