Basketball Recap: Sierra Picks Up Fourth Consecutive Victory

Sierra waltzed into their game on Friday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They walked away with a 56-48 win over the Orosi Cardinals. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Chieftains also won the last time the pair played back in November of 2019.

Sierra's victory bumped their record up to 7-2. As for Orosi, the loss snapped their winning streak at four games and leaves them with a 8-6 record.

Sierra wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 46-35 defeat against Exeter on the 21st. As for Orosi, they will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Woodlake at 6:30 p.m. on January 3, 2025.
