Greater Atlanta Christian found their leader in sophomore  Pierce Wilson, who rushed for 182 yards and three  touchdowns while picking up 11.4 yards per carry. Those 182  rushing yards set a new season-high mark for  Wilson. The team also got some help courtesy of  Michael Miller, who threw for 231 yards and one  TD.
 One reason for the win was Greater Atlanta Christian's imposing  defense, which managed to get into the backfield for 4.5 sacks. That dominant display was truly a team effort as four different players picked up one apiece ( Tyler Younger also recorded half a sack). Another thorn in White County's side was  Jackson Veney, who picked up  a  sack and made ten total tackles (3.0 for loss).
Greater Atlanta Christian pushed their record up to 6-2 with the  victory, which was their third straight  on the road. The  road  wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as  they  averaged 41.3 points over those games. As for White County, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-7.
