Two dominant  signal callers in  Dutch Burbidge and  Trey Gamble are getting ready to go toe-to-toe. The Pasadena Bulldogs will challenge the Muir Mustangs at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday. Both come into the  contest bolstered by wins in their previous  matches.
On Friday, Pasadena took their  matchup  with ease, bagging  a  49-14 victory over Arcadia. The result was nothing new for the Bulldogs, who have now won five games by 35  points or more  so far this season.

Pasadena's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but  Kyle Robertson led the charge by picking up 158 receiving yards and three  touchdowns. Those  158  receiving yards gave  Robertson a new career-high.  Synncere Pitts handled things on the ground, rushing for 110 yards and a  rushing touchdown.

 The  win was  the seventh in a row for Muir, bringing their record up to 8-1. The  victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 9.0 points on average over those games. As for Pasadena, their win bumped their record up to 6-3.
