The Ann Sobrato Bulldogs fell on hard times earlier this season, but after back-to-back victories it seems like their luck might finally be changing. They skirted past Willow Glen 14-11. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Ann Sobrato also won the last time the pair played back in October of 2021.
Noah Taylor continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, rushing for 277 yards and a touchdown while picking up 7.9 yards per carry, and also catching a touchdown. Taylor is on a roll when it comes to rushing yards, as he's now rushed for 100 or more in the last eight games he's played.
Ann Sobrato is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a nice bump to their 5-3 record this season. As for Willow Glen, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 4-3.
Ann Sobrato will be playing at home against Leigh at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday. Leigh will be looking to extend their current four-game winning streak. As for Willow Glen, they will head out on the road to face off against Westmont at 7:15 p.m. on Friday. Westmont will be looking to keep their three-game home win streak alive.
