A+ Charter School waltzed into their contest on Thursday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They blew past the Heritage Academy Prep Heroes 11-3. The Maricopa might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won seven matches by seven runs or more this season.

The team relied heavily on James Flores, who scored two runs and stole two bases while going 2-for-2. The team also got some help courtesy of Martin Coronado, who scored two runs and stole a base while getting on base in all three of his plate appearances.

A+ Charter School hit smart and finished the game with only two strikeouts. The team has now struck out at least four batters in three consecutive games.

A+ Charter School's win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 9-1-1.

A+ Charter School will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Tohono O'Odham at 5:00 p.m. on the 21st. Heritage Academy Prep does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
