While Covington put up some runs on Monday, the same can't be said for Ridgeway. The Chargers were the clear victors by a 7-0 margin over the Roadrunners. Considering the Chargers have won ten matches by more than five runs this season, Monday's blowout was nothing new.

Covington now has a winning record of 13-12-1.

Covington wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next game, a 5-4 win against Millington Central on the 14th. Ridgeway does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
