The Rogers Rams will venture away from home to challenge the Emerald Ridge Jaguars at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Emerald Ridge took a loss in their last game and will be looking to turn the tables on Rogers, who comes in off a win.
Rogers is headed in fresh off scoring the most runs they have all season. They blew past Curtis 20-4 on Monday. With that victory, the Rams brought their scoring average up to 7.8 runs per game.

Sierra Murray (2028) made a big impact no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound, striking out six batters over two innings while giving up no earned runs or hits (and not a single walk). She has been consistent recently: she hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts any time she's pitched this season. She was also big at the plate, going 2-for-3 with one home run, four RBI, and two runs. Those runs were her first of the season.
Rogers kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 17 hits. That's the most hits they've posted since back in April of 2025.
Meanwhile, Emerald Ridge was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took a 10-5 hit to the loss column at the hands of Sumner. Give some credit to the fans of both teams: the last five times they've met, the home team has come away the winner.
Cassidy Garrity made the most of her time in the batter's box despite the final result and went 3-for-4 with three RBI, one triple, and one run. The team also got some help courtesy of Jayda Guadron, who went 2-for-3 with three runs and one double.
The win made it two in a row for Rogers and bumps their season record up to 2-2. Those victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered a grand total of 6 runs in those games. As for Emerald Ridge, they now have a losing record of 2-3.
Emerald Ridge's pitching crew has a crucial task ahead of them: Rogers has been making plenty of contact this season, having averaged 9.8 hits per game. It's a different story for Emerald Ridge, though, as they've been averaging 12.6 hits. Given Rogers' sizable advantage in that area, the Jaguars will need to find a way to close that gap.
Rogers came out on top in a nail-biter against Emerald Ridge in their previous matchup back in May of 2025, sneaking past 2-1. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Rams since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
