Ridgeview Christian fell to Blue Ridge Christian 45-39. Ridgeview Christian has not had much luck with Blue Ridge Christian recently, as the team's come up short the last five times they've met.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Blue Ridge Christian to victory, but perhaps none more so than Anna Faith Brunk, who dropped a double-double on 15 points and 13 rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Callie Paradzinski, who scored 13 points along with seven rebounds.
Ridgeview Christian has not been sharp recently as the team's lost four of their last five games, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-10 record this season. As for Blue Ridge Christian, their victory bumped their record up to 12-2.
Ridgeview Christian will head out on the road to take on Roanoke Valley Christian at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. Ridgeview Christian is facing Roanoke Valley Christian at the right time seeing as Roanoke Valley Christian is stuck on a 13-game losing streak. As for Blue Ridge Christian, they will look to defend their home court on Thursday against Shenandoah Valley Academy at 5:00 p.m. Shenandoah Valley Academy comes in on a streak of failing to score more than 22 points in their last three games, a trend the squad is of course eager to reverse.
