Brandon is 0-5 against Germantown since December of 2016 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Friday. The Brandon Bulldogs will look to defend their home court against the Germantown Mavericks at 6:00 p.m. Brandon is coming into the contest on a four-game losing streak.
Last Friday, Brandon suffered a rough 49-29 defeat at the hands of Biloxi.
Meanwhile, Germantown had to endure a five-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They walked away with a 41-32 win over Terry on Tuesday. The squad ran away with 32 points in the first half and mostly just sat on those to pick up the victory.
Among those leading the charge was Raegan Jordan, who scored 16 points along with 9 rebounds and 3 steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Charlie Gamberine, who scored 11 points.
Brandon's loss dropped their record down to 4-4. As for Germantown, their victory bumped their record up to 4-5.
Brandon suffered a grim 48-27 defeat to Germantown in their previous matchup back in December of 2022. Thankfully for Brandon, Madison Booker (who dropped a double-double on 24 points and 10 rebounds) won't be suiting up this time. Will that be enough to change the final result?
