Delbarton extended the longest winning streak in Northwest Jersey - National this week by beating Morristown, 40-0. The win marks sixth in a row for the the Green Wave.
Parsippany Hills moved up to 54 from 85 in the state rankings this week, the biggest jump in the league. The Vikings climbed the ranks as a result of defeating West Morris Central 33-7.
Parsippany Hills' dynamic duo of Tyler Simms and Kire Milevski proved tough for the Wolfpack to stop, as they were the top passer and receiver in the league this week. Simms threw for 282 yards and four touchdowns and Milevski had 123 yards receiving. Tyler Bartro helped Parsippany Hills' passing attack out by catching five balls for 64 yards.
Jamie White was the most productive running back in the league this week. He ran for 84 yards on 12 carries as Delbarton beat West Morris Central. Asad Braswell also contributed to the rushing game with 51 yards on the ground.
The Vikings' Simms and Milevski have formed a dynamic duo this season, leading Northwest Jersey - National in both passing and receiving yards. Simms has thrown for 1257 yards this season, while Milevski, a 6-foot-0 receiver, has 36 catches for 514 yards. Donald Panciello from Roxbury leads the league in rushing with 792 yards.
A big matchup in the league this week will be when Brian Bowers' team takes on Kevin Hennelly's team. The Green Wave are currently in second, while the Wolfpack are in fifth.
Delbarton led the league in scoring this week after putting up 40 points on the Colonials. Michael Bicknese threw for 104 yards and one touchdown and ran for seven yards in the win.
