In what's become a running theme this season, the Charles Page Sandites gave their fans yet another huge win on Saturday. They breezed by Grant at home to the tune of 77-23. Winning may never get old, but Charles Page sure is getting used to it with their third in a row.
It was another big night for Deke Thompson, who scored 20 points. Kason Evans was another key contributor, scoring 11 points along with five rebounds and two blocks.
Charles Page's victory bumped their record up to 13-6. As for Grant, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-19.
Charles Page will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against the Redhawks at 8:00 p.m. Union is coming into the contest hot, having won their last 11 games. As for Grant, they will head out on the road to face off against the Plainsmen at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Enid presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than the Generals in Oklahoma (the Plainsmen are ranked 126th, while the Generals are ranked 403rd).
