It was a good run, but New Dimensions unfortunately witnessed the end of their three-game winning streak on Tuesday. They were beaten by Poinciana 81-44. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points New Dimensions has scored all season.
Jordan Isaac continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines for Poinciana, scoring 47 points along with six rebounds and two steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Isaac has scored all season. Steven Bennett was another key contributor, almost dropping a triple-double on 13 points, 11 assists, and nine steals.
New Dimensions' loss dropped their record down to 7-5. As for Poinciana, their win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 10-4.
New Dimensions will take on Mater Brighton Lakes Academy at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Poinciana, they will head out on the road to challenge Liberty at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Liberty will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Florida Rankings (they are ranked 552nd, while Poinciana is ranked 133rd).
