Copper Basin had a senior duo take command as Talon Smith went 9-for-20 en route to 19 points in addition to eight boards and three steals and Carder Lance posted 14 points along with eight rebounds and four steals. That's the most rebounds Lance has posted since back in February of 2024. The team also got some help courtesy of Andrew Crowder, who scored eight points and three steals.
Lookout Valley's defeat dropped their record down to 0-11. As for Copper Basin, their win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 7-19.
