Hardee's loss came despite strong showings from Rihanna Frederick and Jazlynn Jones. Frederick scored ten points along with three steals, while Jones scored three points along with six rebounds and two blocks. That was a full 47.6% of Hardee's points, marking the third time in a row she's earned more than a third of the team's points.
Hardee has been struggling recently, as they've lost seven of their last eight matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-9 record this season. As for Manatee, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 9-5.
