Chatham Charter won the last time they faced Clover Garden School and things went their way on Thursday too. The Knights were the clear victors by a 7-1 margin over the Grizzlies. The result was nothing new for the Knights, who have now won nine matches by six runs or more so far this season.

Tyner Williams was excellent, going 2-for-3 with two RBI, one run, and one double. That double marked the first that he has hit this season. The team also got some help courtesy of Luke Johnson, who went 1-for-3 with two runs, one stolen base, and one RBI.

Chatham Charter hit smart and finished the game with only two strikeouts. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Clover Garden School struck out ten times.

Chatham Charter is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six games. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-7 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.8 runs on average over those games. As for Clover Garden School, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 8-11.

As of now, neither Chatham Charter nor the Grizzlies have any future games scheduled.
