Tyler Champion Crosses Big Stat Threshold
On Friday, Hamilton Heights got the W thanks in part to Tyler Champion playing the best football he has all season. Champion picked up 222 receiving yards and three touchdowns. He's now once again averaging 100+ receiving yards (109.7) per game. He showed off some serious burst, lighting up the secondary with a catch for 64 yards.
If history really does repeat itself, Champion might just drop another big game when he faces off against Tipton on Friday. Champion picked up 118 receiving yards and two touchdowns the last time he and the Blue Devils duked it out back in September of 2023.
