Enochs has gone a perfect 10-0 against Pitman recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Eagles will take on the Pride at 4:00 p.m. Enochs' pitching crew has only allowed 3.3 runs per game this season, so Pitman's hitters will have their work cut out for them.
On Thursday, Enochs got the win against Modesto by a conclusive 12-2. Considering the Eagles have won eight contests by more than five runs this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.
Kaylee Ruiz tossed a big game, striking out ten batters over five innings while giving up just two earned runs off four hits (and only one walk). She has been consistent recently: she hasn't tossed less than seven strikeouts in four consecutive appearances.

On the hitting side, Enochs let Lillian Camarena and Camila Ramirez run wild. Camarena got on base in all four of her plate appearances with two stolen bases, three RBI, and one triple, while Ramirez went 2-for-3 with four runs, one stolen base, and two RBI. Those four runs gave Ramirez a new career-high. Daniella Barba was another key player, going 2-for-3 with two RBI and one run.
Enochs hit smart and finished the game with only two strikeouts. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Modesto struck out nine times.
Meanwhile, Pitman came up short against Turlock on Thursday and fell 7-3.
Pitman saw six different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Juliet Jimenez, who went 3-for-4 with two doubles and one RBI. Another was Shelby Wood, who went 1-for-3 with two stolen bases and one RBI.
The victory made it two in a row for Enochs and bumps their season record up to 11-3. Those wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 16.0 runs over those games. As for Pitman, their defeat dropped their record down to 12-9.
Pitman's pitching crew has a crucial task ahead of them: Enochs has been making plenty of contact this season, having averaged 8.7 hits per game. It's a different story for Pitman, though, as they've been averaging 9 hits. Given Enochs' sizable advantage in that area, the Pride will need to find a way to close that gap.
Enochs got the 'W' in their previous meeting back in March against Pitman by a conclusive 11-5 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Eagles since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
