Obie E Esparza continued his hot streak on Monday by dropping his eighth-straight game with at least 15 points. He almost dropped a double-double with 22 points and nine rebounds. Considering he played a big game the last time he faced off against Minneapolis Southwest back in December of 2024, the result shouldn't come as too huge a shock. That makes it three consecutive games in which E Esparza has scored at least a third of Roosevelt's points.

Coming up, E Esparza and Roosevelt will face off against Mounds Park Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Roosevelt is a perfect 3-0 against Mounds Park Academy going back to March of 2017, a lead they'll look to extend.
