The King Lions entered their tilt with the East Bay Indians with three consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with four. King walked away with a 67-55 win over East Bay on Wednesday. Having run the score up that high, both teams probably have some extra defensive drills coming up.
King was led to victory by Ian McLargin and Julien Barnett. McLargin scored 15 points, while Barnett scored 18 points along with 7 rebounds. McLargin continues to roll, besting his previous point total in each of the last five games he's played. Another player making a difference was Niko Sosa, who scored 10 points.
King pushed their record up to 4-3 with that victory, which was their fourth straight on the road. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 57.5 points per game. As for East Bay, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-5.
King will be staying on the road on Tuesday to face off against Tampa Bay Tech at 6:30 p.m. on December 12th. As for East Bay, they will look to defend their home court on Friday against Durant at 6:30 p.m. Durant presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than East Bay in Florida (Durant is ranked 143rd, while East Bay is ranked 536th).
