It was close but no cigar for Thomas Jefferson as they fell 19-22 to Benjamin Franklin. Thomas Jefferson got a solid performance out of senior Seth Jackson, who rushed for 64 yards and 1 touchdown; unfortunately, it just wasn't enough for the victory. In fact, with ten tackles Jackson was a force on both sides of the ball.
Meanwhile, there's no need to mince words: KIPP Renaissance lost to Lakeshore, and they lost bad. The score wound up at 13-49.
Thomas Jefferson took a serious blow against KIPP Renaissance the last time the two teams met, falling 6-48. Can Thomas Jefferson avenge their defeat, or is history doomed to repeat itself ? We'll soon find out.
