After having lost a blowout in their previous game against West, the Italy Gladiators were happy to have found some success on Tuesday. They came out on top against Heritage Christian Athletics by a score of 37-29.
Hannah Scott was the offensive standout of the matchup as she scored 16 points. Landry Janek was another key contributor, scoring 9 points.
Italy's victory bumped their record up to 1-2. As for Heritage Christian Athletics, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-1.
Italy will take on Clifton at 3:00 p.m. on Friday. Heritage Christian Athletics does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
