The Caro Tigers posted their closest  victory yet this season on Thursday. They skirted past Reese  29-26. Despite the  win, that was the fewest points Caro has scored all year.
 Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Caro to victory, but perhaps none more so than   Normandy Geiger, who  scored nine points along with eight  rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of  Kaileigh Garza, who  scored eight points along with two  steals.
 Caro's win bumped their record up to 7-2. As for Reese, they are  on a three-game losing streak  that has dropped them down to 2-8.
 Both  squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Caro will  square off against Vassar at 7:30  p.m.  on Monday. The timing isn't great for Vassar: they have been struggling with three straight losses at home, while Caro has snatched up three consecutive wins on the road. As for Reese, they will  face off against Cass City at 7:30  p.m.  on Tuesday.
