Red Bluff lost  despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was   Mason Lyford, who rushed for 50 yards and one  touchdown. He was even better on defense, making 15 total tackles (4.0 for loss) and defending one pass.  Marco Zepeda also helped out with an impressive 82  receiving yards.
 Even if they lost, Red Bluff's defense still kept up the pressure with three sacks.  Bryce Owens was especially locked on to Foothill's QB and sacked him twice.  Jaret Bridwell was another major factor on D,  making 15 total tackles (2.0 for loss).
Red Bluff's loss dropped their record down to 5-2. As for Foothill, the  victory was  the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 4-3.
 Red Bluff has already played their next game,  a  41-12  win against Enterprise on the 24th. As for Foothill, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next  matchup,  a  38-28  defeat against Pleasant Valley on the 24th.
