Taylor County found their leader in underclassman Jaydah Ford, who scored 18 points along with eight rebounds. Ford has been hot recently, having posted eight or more rebounds the last nine times she's played. Another player making a difference was Da'laila Lowe, who scored 12 points.
Taylor County pushed their record up to 22-3 with that victory, which was their fifth straight on the road. As for Central, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-17.
