Chase Knuth posted a new career-high in hits on Monday. He went a perfect 3-for-3 with one home run, three runs, and one triple. He also hit a double, marking his first of the season.

Knuth's strong effort led Normal West over Urbana and he'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. The Wildcats are a perfect 10-0 against the Tigers going back to May of 2015, a lead they'll look to extend.
