Volleyball Recap: Dover Now 3-1 over Last Four Games

Dover won the last time they faced Rhinebeck, and Lola Green did her part to make sure it happened again. The Dragons put the hurt on the Hawks with a sharp 3-0 victory on Thursday thanks in part to Green, who had 11 aces. She has been hot recently, having posted two or more aces the last three times she's played.

Dover has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 4-3 record this season. As for Rhinebeck, they are on a five-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-4.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Dover is set to face off against their familiar foe Pine Plains at 5:45 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Rhinebeck will take on rival Millbrook at 5:45 p.m. on Wednesday.
