Central fell on hard times earlier this season, but after back-to-back wins it seems like their luck might finally be changing. Everything went their way against the Jacobs Golden Eagles on Thursday as they made off with a 5-1 victory. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Central also won the last time the pair played back in April of 2024.

Central's win bumped their record up to 5-9. As for Jacobs, their loss was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 4-6-3.
