The Bishop's Knights will be playing at home against the Classical Academy Caimans at 2:30  p.m.  on Monday. Bishop's is strutting in with some hitting muscle, as they've averaged 9.9  runs per game  this season.
 Bishop's can now show off six landslide victories after their most recent  matchup  on Wednesday. They blew past Guajome Park Academy 23-2. The high-scoring effort was just what Bishop's needed considering they were shutout in their previous   contest.
  Mia Bravo and  Gabriela Bravo made a splash no matter where they played. On the mound,  Bravo   tossed three innings while giving up just one earned  (and one unearned) run off   one  hit. Meanwhile,  Bravo   pitched two innings while giving up   no  earned runs or  hits. At bat,  Bravo  scored two  runs while  getting on base  in four of her five plate appearances, while  Bravo  scored a  run while  getting on base  in two of her three plate appearances.
 In other batting news, Bishop's got a  massive  performance out of  Bailey Brightenburg, who  got on base  in four of her five plate appearances with four  runs, four  RBI,  and a  stolen base. Another player making a difference was  Maia Brunner, who  scored four  runs and  stole a base while  getting on base  in all four of her plate appearances.
 Meanwhile, Classical Academy fell victim to a  tough 7-1 loss at the hands of Liberty Charter  on Wednesday. Classical Academy has now  taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
 Bishop's victory bumped their record up to 7-5. As for Classical Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 9-7.
 Everything went Bishop's way against Classical Academy in their previous matchup  back in May of 2023 as Bishop's made off with  a  15-6 win. Does  Bishop's have another victory up their sleeve, or will Classical Academy turn the tables on them?  We'll have the answer soon enough.
