After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Mt. Spokane, Mead was happy to have turned things around on Monday. They were the clear victors by a 16-1 margin over the Lewis & Clark Tigers. The win continues a trend for the Panthers in their matchups with the Tigers: they've now won nine in a row.

Mead's victory bumped their record up to 5-2. As for Lewis & Clark, they are on a 12-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-6.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Mead will face off against rival Gonzaga Prep at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Lewis & Clark is set to square off against their familiar foe University at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
