The Burges Mustangs can now show off 16 landslide victories after their most recent match on Friday. They took their game at home with ease, bagging a 65-21 victory over Chapin. The win was familiar territory for Burges who now have 14 in a row.
Jordyn Hernandez continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines, dropping a double-double on 27 points and 12 rebounds. She hasn't dropped below eight rebounds for eight straight games. Another player making a difference was Cameryn Morales, who scored 11 points along with six rebounds and five steals.
When it comes to explaining why Chapin lost, one person who can't be blamed is Jasmine Blake. Despite the final result, she scored ten points.
Perhaps unsurprisingly given the score, Chapin struggled to work together and finished the game with only four assists. They were crushed by their opponents in that department as Burges racked up 17 assists.
