Frisco ended up on the wrong side of a tough 3-0 walloping at the hands of Wakeland on Friday. While losing is never fun, Frisco can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Texas soccer rankings (they are ranked 314th, while Wakeland is ranked fifth).
Frisco's loss dropped their record down to 3-8-3. As for Wakeland, the victory for they keeps them at an undefeated 12-0-1.
Frisco will be playing in front of their home fans against Reedy at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Frisco's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for three straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end. As for Wakeland, they will head out on the road to take on The Colony at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Wakeland is coming into the game with five straight victories on the road, so The Colony is out to stop a squad with plenty of momentum.
