After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Wellsville, Addison was happy to have turned things around on Wednesday. They put the hurt on the Canisteo-Greenwood Chargers with a sharp 18-10 victory. The high-scoring effort was just what the Knights needed considering they were shut out in their previous contest.
Isabella Seiger was a major factor no matter where she played. On the mound, she pitched seven innings while giving up four earned (and six unearned) runs off seven hits. Seiger was also stellar in the batter's box, scoring a run and stealing a base while going 3-for-4. Those hits marked the first that she got this season.
In other batting news, Brooklynn Seiger was incredible, going 3-for-5 with three stolen bases, four runs, and four RBI. Hadleigh Watson was another key player, scoring three runs and stealing a base while going 2-for-4.
