Sandhills Titans got a solid performance out of senior Jamie Shaw, who passed for 151 yards and 2 touchdowns; unfortunately, it just wasn't enough for the victory. Additional support came from defensive powerhouse senior John Brown, who racked up 11 tackles.
The win bumped Trinity Christian's record up to 4-0. The loss dropped Sandhills Titans back to even at 2-2.
Trinity Christian will look to defend their home turf next week against Harrells Christian Academy at 7:00 PM. Trinity Christian have bulldozed their previous 4 opponents, so Harrells Christian Academy might have their hands full. Sandhills Titans will have some time to rest before their next game, which is against North Wake Saints in two weeks at 3:00 PM.
