Meanwhile, Brenham's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Tuesday after their fourth straight loss. They fell just short of Rudder by a score of 55-53. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest loss Brenham has suffered yet this season.
Lake Creek is on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 21-7 record this season. As for Brenham, their loss dropped their record down to 20-7.
