 Meanwhile, Fruita Monument had just enough and edged Lakewood out  5-4 on Friday.
  Parker Noah was  excellent,  going 2-for-4 with two  stolen bases and  an  RBI. The team also got some help courtesy of  Carter Hines, who  scored a  run while  getting on base  in three of his four plate appearances.
 Grand Junction Central has  been performing  incredibly well recently as they've  won seven of their last eight matches,  which provided a nice bump to their 8-5 record  this season. As for Fruita Monument, their victory bumped their record up to 10-4.
 Tuesday's   game will be a test for both team's pitchers. Grand Junction Central hasn't had any issues making contact this season,  having earned a batting average of .333. However, it's not like Fruita Monument struggles in that department as   they've  averaged .319. With both teams so capable at the plate, fans should be ready for an impressive hitting performance.
