 On the hitting side, Minnetonka saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was  Carter Storts, who  went 1-for-2 with one  stolen base.  Lincoln Heitkamp also deserves some recognition as  he  hit his first  double of the season.
Minnetonka's loss  ended  a  five-game streak of wins at home  and  dropped them to 10-5. As for Eden Prairie, their victory bumped their record up to 3-9.
 Both  teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Minnetonka will face off against Prior Lake at 6:30  p.m.  on Friday. As for Eden Prairie, they will challenge Buffalo at 7:15  p.m.  on Friday.
