Big Game from Truell As New Hampstead Fell 34-22
Starting off the list is New Hampstead's Rashawn Truell, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Truell threw for 300 yards and two touchdowns, and also punched in a touchdown on the ground. His passing production has been exceptional recently as that marked his fourth straight game with at least 300 passing yards.
New Hampstead is on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-5. Truell and New Hampstead will challenge Wayne County at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.

Kory Pettigrew Delivers Best Effort of Season
On Friday, Perry got the W thanks in part to Kory Pettigrew playing the best football he has all season. Pettigrew picked up 181 receiving yards and two touchdowns. He showed off some serious burst, cutting upfield on a catch for 67 yards.
The win (which was Perry's third in a row) raised their record to 6-2. Pettigrew and Perry will challenge Benedictine at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.

Benedictine found a leader in Bubba Frazier as the team took down Wayne County on Friday. Frazier did his part (and then some), rushing for 72 yards and two touchdowns on only nine carries, while also picking up 51 receiving yards for the 'W'. Benedictine is undefeated when Frazier posts two or more rushing touchdowns, but 1-3 otherwise.
This year, Frazier has averaged 93.5 receiving yards per game. That doesn't tell the whole story though: at this point last year, he had one rushing touchdown. This year he is already up to four.

While Ware County might've come up empty on Friday, Luke Hooks wasn't going down without a fight. Hooks was unstoppable, throwing for 306 yards and three touchdowns.
