Dysart won the last time they faced Cortez and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Dysart Demons claimed a resounding 70-32 victory over the Cortez Colts. The Demons have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won ten contests by 22 points or more this season.

Despite the defeat, Cortez had strong showings from Gisselle Ojeda Vega, who posted 13 points, and Kailey Vasquez, who earned 12 points.

Dysart has been performing well recently as they've won ten of their last 12 matchups, which provided a massive bump to their 15-11 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 54.2 points over those games. As for Cortez, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost three of their last four games, which has put a noticeable dent in their 6-14 record this season.

Dysart does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Cortez, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 66-54 loss against Yuma on the 12th.
