Make it ten blowout wins for the Sarasota Sailors this season. They were the clear victor by a 82-59 margin over IMG Academy Blue. Winning may never get old, but Sarasota sure is getting used to it with their third in a row.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Sarasota to victory, but perhaps none more so than Paisley Binswanger, who scored 22 points along with eight rebounds. Another player making a difference was Sofi Miller, who dropped a double-double on 15 points and 13 rebounds.
Sarasota is on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last nine matches, which provided a nice bump to their 15-6 record this season. As for IMG Academy Blue, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-10.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Sarasota will play host again and welcome Charlotte, where tip off is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for IMG Academy Blue, they will look to defend their home court on Monday against Palm Harbor University at 6:00 p.m.
