The George Washington Prep Generals and the Jordan Bulldogs squared off in some playoff action on Friday, but sadly the George Washington Prep Generals had to settle for second. They fell 42-30 to the Bulldogs. George Washington Prep's defeat signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.
It was another big night for David Sandy, who rushed for 221 yards and four touchdowns while picking up 9.6 yards per carry for Jordan. Sandy was no stranger to the big play, taking off on a dash that went for 59 yards. De'Marion Brown was in the mix as well, providing Jordan with two touchdowns.
George Washington Prep's loss dropped their record down to 5-9. As for Jordan, the win (which was their ninth in a row) raised their record to 11-3.
George Washington Prep does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Jordan also has no future games currently scheduled.
